Issuing of guarantees

SID Bank issues guarantees with the aim to promote export for execution of investment work abroad, for export of equipment or other goods. They are usually available in the form of the following service guarantees:

  • bid bonds,
  • advance payment bonds,
  • performance bonds,
  • warranty bonds,
  • retention money bonds,
  • other bonds.

In case circumstances require, SID Bank can issue them in the form of »stand-by« credentials. Beside the listed bonds, SID Bank also issues avals and other types of guarantees.

SID Bank issues bonds or guarantees directly to the foreign beneficiary, indirectly via foreign or domestic financial institutions, or through counter guarantees for foreign or domestic clients. For all types of guarantees SID bank charges processing and quarterly time commission.
