In accordance with its action strategy, SID Bank shall develop the following products in the area of investment financing:

  • long-term credit for refinancing of bank mortgage, municipal and infrastructure bank credits,
  • securitisation of long-term mortgage, municipal and infrastructure credits,
  • securitisation of small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
