Risk mitigation and establishment of reporting channels
In order to reduce risks in the bank or in the bank's operations and to improve the protection of the bank's assets and reputation and employees, SID banka has established systems that enable the reporting of detected irregularities to both employees and other stakeholders of the bank.
They are handled by the Compliance Department, which is responsible for ensuring that all reports of suspected violations/complaints received are dealt with as soon as possible, with care, professionalism, confidentiality and in accordance with internal rules and standards of good practice.

SID Banka has adopted the Code of Ethical Values and Professional Standards, which is the basis for the ethical conduct of all employees and persons working on its behalf and sets out the principles that must be taken into account in our daily interactions with stakeholders.
The Code obliges employees to maintain high standards of business practice, zero tolerance for fraud, respect for professional ethics, integrity and transparency, which are key elements of our business.
