Private placement of SID Bank`s bonds

Based on the interest received from eligible counterparties and professional clients SID Bank Inc., Ljubljana has decided to issue a bond in the nominal amount of EUR 125 million in private placement. The bond is expected to be issued on 23 June 2026, maturity date will be 23 June 2031. The bond will be listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (MTF). SID Bank will use the proceeds from the sale of the bond for general purposes in accordance with the Slovene Export and Development Bank Act.
