SID Asset Management ltd (SID Upravljanje premoženja d.o.o.) is a specialised company within the SID Bank Group, focused on the development and professional management of alternative investment and equity financing activities.
The company acts as a professional and operational platform that develops investment solutions, assesses investment funds, monitors investments and connects fund managers, investors, companies, project sponsors and other stakeholders in the investment ecosystem.SID Asset Management and SID Kapital have related but distinct roles. SID Kapital acts as an investor and provides capital for investments, while SID Asset Management provides professional assessment, monitoring and management of investment activities and develops new investment products.

Our vision
Our vision is to become Slovenia’s central investment platform for alternative investments, connecting domestic and international capital with investment opportunities and supporting the development of the Slovenian economy.
The platform connects companies and projects, fund managers, development institutions, and private and institutional investors. Its purpose is not to replace the private market, but to complement it in areas where existing sources of financing are insufficient, and to support its development, increased investment and the long-term mobilisation of capital.
The company’s long-term ambition is to connect Slovenian investment opportunities with domestic and international capital, thereby supporting the financing of companies, projects and infrastructure with development potential.
Our mission
Our mission is to mobilise public and private capital, connect investors with investment opportunities, and strengthen professional investment management and the development of the Slovenian capital market.
