Changes in the subsidiary SID Upravljanje premoženja d.o.o.
SID Banka announces that on 7 October 2025, the following changes were entered into the court register for its subsidiary SID Upravljanje premoženja d.o.o.
The changes include:
- the company name was changed from SID Izobraževanje d.o.o. to SID Upravljanje premoženja d.o.o.,
- the share capital was increased to EUR 1,000,000.00,
- the company’s activity was changed to “Other activities auxiliary to financial services, except insurance and pension funding (66.190)”.
On 9 October 2025, Uroš Ačko was appointed as Director of SID Upravljanje premoženja d.o.o., and mag. Mitja Mavko, Anton Škrlj, and Matej Zalar were appointed as members of the newly established Supervisory Board.
