Entry of Spin-off in the Court Register
On 30 September 2025, SID Bank successfully completed the spin-off of its equity financing activities. These activities have been transferred from SID Bank to its new subsidiary SID Kapital d.o.o.
The purpose of this step is to better address the equity financing gap and to further strengthen the Slovenian capital market.
The spin-off was carried out on the basis of the Spin-off and Acquisition Agreement of 9 June 2025, which was approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders on 14 August 2025.
