John Michael Denhof has assumed the position of member of the Supervisory Board of SID Bank Inc.,  Ljubljana

SID Bank Inc., Ljubljana announces that, following the granting of approval by the Bank of Slovenia to perform this function, John Michael Denhof assumed the position of member of the Supervisory Board of SID Bank Inc., Ljubljana, effective June 2, 2026. He was appointed to the position of member of the Supervisory Board by the Government of the Republic of Slovenia at its 195th session on March 26, 2026.
 

John Michael Denhof has over 30 years of international banking experience, most of it in senior management positions, most recently as Chairman of the Management Board of NKBM, d.d., and OTP, d.d. The Government appointed him as a member of the Supervisory Board for a five-year term.
 

In addition to him, the Supervisory Board of SID Bank Inc., Ljubljana consists of Chairman Matija Šenk, Vice Chairman Leo Knez, Nataša Damjanovič, Marjan Divjak, Katja Lautar, and Marko Tišma.
