The Supervisory Board of SID Bank, Inc., Ljubljana (hereinafter: “Supervisory Board”) at its 274th meeting on April 15, 2026 appointed Ms. Stanka Šarc Majdič, M.A., as a member of the Management Board of SID Bank for a new term of office from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2031.
The Supervisory Board made the appointment based on a public call for applications published in December 2025.
Throughout the current term, the Management Board of SID Bank successfully implemented the company’s strategy, strengthened relationships with all of the bank’s key stakeholders, and enhanced its capital adequacy enabling the bank to fully carry out its mandates. The Supervisory Board believes that the Management Board, comprising Mr. Borut Jamnik, Chairman of the Management Board, and Ms. Stanka Šarc Majdič, Member of the Management Board, will continue to provide strategic leadership of SID Bank, ensure effective implementation of the business strategy, and further development of the SID Bank Group through their diverse experience, reputation, and expertise.
