Nov program za financiranje naložb občin in subjektov javnega sektorja (JAVNI SEKTOR 1)

Program bo občinam in javnemu sektorju olajšal dostop do dolžniškega financiranja pod ugodnimi pogoji.

Bistvene prednosti novega programa:

  • Znesek posameznega kredita je od 50.000 EUR naprej.
  • Doba kreditiranja je med 1 in 25 let.
  • Kredita ni potrebno zavarovati.
  • Financiranje do 85 % vrednosti naložb vključno z nevračljivim DDV.
  • Obrestna mera je spremenljiva in se določi v kreditni pogodbi.
  • Moratorij do 1/2 ročnosti kredita oziroma največ 5 let. 

Krediti po programu JAVNI SEKTOR 1 so javnemu sektorju na voljo neposredno pri SID banki, ki je tako z novim programom zagotovila dodatno in potrebam občin prilagojeno dolgoročno financiranje.
